OUR APPROACH:
We kicked off this project by studying our client's requirements in depth and exploring similar tools in the health sector.
The first part of our plan centred around custom JavaScript coding, the backbone of our tool. We spent time developing a script that would not only accurately calculate BMI but also be flexible enough to handle both metric and imperial measurements.
Next, we set our sights on the user interface (UI). With the aim to make this tool as user-friendly as possible, we dedicated time to design an interface that was easy to navigate, visually appealing, and simple enough for users of all tech-savviness levels to understand.
RESULTS:
The BMI Calculator we developed hit the mark, enabling users to easily monitor their Body Mass Index and proactively manage their health. Its ability to work with both metric and imperial measurements ensured the tool's usefulness for a broad audience.
This project stands as proof of our ability to create bespoke solutions that meet our clients' needs. The combination of custom JavaScript coding and a well-designed UI culminated in an effective tool that prioritised user engagement and satisfaction.
